When we schedule your roof, we agree on a specific install window with you (for example, “We’ll be there Tuesday–Wednesday next week”). If we miss that agreed window for reasons under our control, we credit you 5% of your contract price as an apology.

All roof projects are contingent on safe, workable weather. If a storm pops up, high winds hit, or conditions make it unsafe or irresponsible to open up your roof, we will:

• Pause or move production to the next safe window

• Keep you updated on the new plan

• Protect your home until we’re back on site

Weather delays are considered an act of nature, not a failure to perform, so they do not trigger the On‑Time‑or‑We‑Credit‑You guarantee. The guarantee applies when we miss the agreed window for reasons within our control.

“In our control” means things like:

• We didn’t order materials on time

• We overbooked crews or mis‑scheduled your project

• We failed to show up inside the agreed install window even though weather and site conditions were fine

What’s not in our control:

• Weather and unsafe working conditions

• Supplier issues like sudden factory shortages

• Permit / inspection delays

• You needing to reschedule or not being available

If we blow it on something that’s our responsibility, you get your credit. If Mother Nature or the city throws a curveball, we handle it, protect your home, and get you rescheduled fast, but it doesn’t count as a miss on the guarantee.

Most standard single‑family roofs we do are completed in about 1–2 days of active production. Larger, steeper, or more complex roofs can take 3–5 days.

To avoid rushing your project, we:

• Lay out a likely schedule for your home at the Roof Condition Visit

• Plan a minimum of 2 production days for every full roof replacement

• Build in time to handle any “can of worms” (hidden rot, bad decking, etc.) the right way, not the fast way

We move quickly, but we don’t cut corners just to claim a “one‑day roof.”

We live by our quote. The number on your Roof Leopard proposal is the number we stand behind.

The only time your price changes is if:

1. You choose to change the scope

2. We uncover something that must be fixed for a proper, safe install

In those cases, we:

• Show you clear photos/video of what we found

• Explain why it needs to be addressed

• Provide a written change order for you to review and approve before we do the extra work

If you don’t change the scope and we don’t find hidden damage that has to be fixed, your final bill matches your quote. No surprise add‑ons.
